Babcock-Davis Equipment Series roof hatches are known for custom, exceptionally large equipment access designed to meet clear, unobstructed opening requirements to install and replace equipment, such as pumps for water treatment plants.

Cover & Liner
14 gauge galvanized steel cover fully opens to 90 degrees and is stiffened to withstand a live load of 40 psf
22 gauge galvanized steel liner

Curb
14 gauge galvanized steel, 12" high curb, 3.5" mounting flange, 0.625" diameter mounting holes

Latch
Zinc-plated steel interior latch with interior and exterior turn handles with padlock hasps

Spring/Hinge
Zinc-plated steel heavy duty tamper proof spring and hinge pack

Insulation
1" rigid insulation in cover and at curb perimeter

Finish
Red oxide powder coat
